Molly is the creator of “Sleep is a Skill” a company that optimizes how people sleep through a unique blend of technology, accountability, an behavioral change. The company was born from “scratching her own itch” after a lifetime of poor sleep habits culminate into a mega-challenging bout of insomnia for months without end.
We dig into some of the different research of how sleep affects humans and how we need to be more cognizant of our sleep patterns and habits if we wish to live a fuller more fulfilling life.
Mollie’s fascination with chronology, and it’s practical applications. to restore a state of homeostasis to humans has led her to working with many people that suffer from Sleep disorders an now continues to help others increase their sleep habits to much healthier levels.
